Backorders/ Out of Stocks:

Whist orders are processed within 48hrs any items that are out of stock will be backordered and shipped as they become available.

Urgent and express Orders:

If you require an urgent or express shipped item please contact us prior to placing the order.

Refunds

Store credit may be given if you contact us within 7 days for an exchange item. We do not give refunds. Items must be as new, unsoiled/unworn and with tags attached.  If you require a size change/ exchange you must pay any return shipping costs.

Items such as Hosiery, Underwear and Beauty Products can not be returned for health reasons.

Payment:

Orders are not shipped until payment is received. If paying via direct deposit please leave your order number as Payment description or it can cause a delay in processing your order. If you can’t leave a description email as soon as payment is made so we know it is from you and can process the order

Orders outside Australia:

We accept payment via Paypal only for overseas buyers. In some cases there may be an additional shipping cost we will contact you via email if this is the case.
